These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PabloGrabber website (the "Site") and any purchase of products offered through the Site. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Intended audience

The Site and all products are intended exclusively for licensed automotive professionals, locksmiths, repair shops, security researchers and diagnostic technicians who use the equipment lawfully on vehicles they own or are authorized to service or assess. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase and possess such equipment in your jurisdiction.

2. Lawful use only

You agree not to use, resell or provide any product for the purpose of theft, unauthorized entry, or any other unlawful activity. Any misuse is the sole responsibility of the person committing such acts. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices and product availability may change without notice. Placing a request does not create a binding contract until we verify eligibility, confirm the order and issue payment instructions.

4. Payment

Payment instructions are provided only after eligibility review and order confirmation. You are responsible for any bank fees, taxes or import duties that may apply.

5. Shipping

Eligible orders are shipped via tracked carriers where permitted by law. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and warranty

Due to the sensitive nature of the equipment, returns are accepted only where required by law or in case of manufacturing defect confirmed by our technical support within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before returning any item.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, product photos — is owned by PabloGrabber or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PabloGrabber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PabloGrabber harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the products or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PabloGrabber operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
